whiTer teeth!

those of yoOh with white... perfect teeth..what's your secret? damn. i heard those crest white strips are good.. or the arm & hammer toothpaste... any ideas or suggestions?

my teetha re pretty white i guess under sun its like very light yellow hmmm.. my teeth are pretty straight cuz when i was a lil i ate soo much candy i had no teeth but i brush everyday :)

i had braces so they're straight. they're pretti white i guess but this kinda thing is genetic so u can't do much cept brush and floss. u can get it whitened too. but aren't crest white stripes expensive?? but if they work well, i guess it's worth it

well after i got my braces taken off (i think that was like, 18 months ago..) i jus tried to avoid teeth-staining foods like soy sauce, coffee, etc..(if i did have any, i brush my teeth as soon as possible)..and i used crest whitening toothpaste, i flossed a few times a week and i occasionally use those white strips but i dont think they work that much o.O it sounds tedious to do all this, but if u make it a habit, its not that hard to keep up..plus its worth it, especially when nowadays i have to take a lot of pix (its senior year, everyone seems to want pix of u in every single damn event )

*edit*: umm, i dunno if this effects it or not, but i changed the way i brushed my teeth..instead of taking long, steady brushes, i do fast, short strokes across my teeth, rinse, and then repeat..

i brush for at least 2 minutes.. both tymz a day.. and then mouth wash for 30 seconds. and i onlie did that for a week.. and itz alot briter than it used to be!!

pull out all youre teeth and then put fakes ones that never get yellow..

or you can juss brush your teeth 3 times a day thats how i do it

the crest white strips work really well but they only cover the front teeth.

the back teeth don't get coverage... so if your mouth is big and shows all your teeth to the back when you smile, do other stuff as well
