Which would you choose? This is 100% Hypothetical

Which do you think you would have a better chance of surviving?

Direct fight would be like 1 on 1, or you vs. a group of people. No firearms.

Enemy of the state thingy would probably be you vs. an assassin or you vs. government/secret faction, you'd be able to use guns but of course they can kill you in your sleep or trace telephone calls to you location. Also satelite, bugs and microcameras would have to be dealt with as well.
