laptop problem

Every time i turn on the laptop, it would auto shut down ...sometimes it will work all day.....is it because of the harddrive?

maybe its the controller card for your hard-drive. check and see if its working properly.

well, she said its beginning to work fine.

I think it might be a virus or her harddrive failing. Plus, i heard that sony vaio's had a bad history.
