Has this ever happened to you? Somehow if i eat american foods , it takes along time to get me all full. But , eating korean food after 6 minutes, im already full.

food......my diet is beef jerky n gatorade......nvm, ok so thats the diet i should go on.....food is food, if it tastes good, i eat it, but i dont eat a lot of food newaiz

it's kind of the other way for me...
i can eat korean/asian food for hours...
american food gets me full in minutes.
