How do you turn off the turbo mode for this emulator?

i've been using snes9x for years now... it's easy, just press the tab button! to change frameskips, use the + and - keys!

I've been pressing the tab button, it hasn't been working, it just says 'turbo on' or 'turbo off' but the speed is still fast.

when it says turbo off, i guess you can change the frameskip to 0, if it's still really fast, then your computer should be emulating it at 100% speed. if you want snes9x to emulate at less than 100%, i suggest buying my 166mhz comp for a low price of $1499 so i can buy a new one
