face the facts, if you two are two years apart and she's still in middle school, i can understand without argument why her parents would not want their daughter to be dating you. i don't care what kind of BS people here and elsewhere will say about how "age doesn't matter" and such, but when your still a teenager, age will make a difference in virtually all relationships. just don't blame anyone else, especially her parents, when this relationship ends faster than you anticipated, a second and final time.
