recently, it has been studied that if you don't get enough sleep, it can also cause you a higher risk of heart disease...

that's why school should start later

yeah in school sometimes im so tired all i can think about is how good it owuld feel if i was sleeping right now. yeah sounds weird but happens a lot

if i dont get enough sleep I just give into my tiredness and fall asleep in class lol i never get enough sleep because im always hyper at night lol

I'm particulary strange, if I sleep too little, I'm tired and if I sleep too much I'm also tired, I'd have to sleep the right amount (around 7 hours)
