new asian R&B singer

his name is J Cabrera, but he goes by J. (like the korean female singer, J.) someone sent me his site and i listened to some of his songs on it and they're pretty good. i especially like "I Don't Mind" which is on rotation at a hiphop/R&B station in NYC.

is he filipino? i like his song "i don't mind" too, but he reminds me of the filipino group kai.

ha ha, i've seen some filipino rap on my uncle's ship, it's funny because they wear bandanas and have corn rows and stuff, and... it just is funny
