i played piano for 11 years my fingers are slender.

buff fingers are weird, you only get thick fingers if you're fat

yup. i think so..

have you tried those things... i forgot what they're called. but my piano teacher had one.. n it's like a stress ball. there are two black bars n they're separated by springs in between. so you squeeze it.

haha, i dunno if that made any sense or not.

fingers and muscles??? I remember my guidance teacher in elementary saying that fingers don't have muscles... buh I never really thought about it...hmm

i dont think the speed of how fast you type as anything to do wit your muscles. haha. i think its more on how well you memorized your keyboard. or maybe im just wrong..heh.. :sleepy:

there's this technique in magic called a backpalm. Anyway it requires a whole shiite load of finger strength. Whether they are finger muscles, or something else, i have to say there is something in there. My fingers got really strong from it, i could backpalm 32 cards at one time. that takes a tremendous amount of force from your fingers to do that, and developing stronger fingers is the only solution i can think of. Now i can't do so many cause i don't practice that much anymore...

i think that there are something like that which makes your fingers stronger somehow cuz my dad use to practice martial arts or whatever he practiced but not anymore so anyways he said that whenever he teases his friends or co-workers by using his fingers, he would accidently rip their skin and they would bleed and he says it was called tiger claws or something like that but he doesnt do that to them anymore. he also told me that i should practice by doing regular push ups but instead of using my whole hand to push up i should use my fingers :sleepy: something like that. but when he grabs you :sad: it really hurts.

hmmm......i always thought dat finger strength was controlled by ur forearm muscles........read sumting abt bruce lee n his gripping exercises....sumting lyke how many pounds of pressure u can exert with juss ur hand

well they have some kind of muscles....i have no idea if they can be buff or not...lol

but i have this book of piano exercies.. basically just continuous scale type things..... and i dunno what it does but i can play with my left hand so much better....i have better... control in it....
