i dunno if this counts but u those pearl tea drinks or "bubble tea" are pretty bad.

Men's Fitness says the calorie count fer those is 500- 800 calories depending on the size of the drink. It also doesn't really have any nutrional value. It's the pearls which have the the calories. Juss thought ya'll would like to know.

I was curious about the whole chicken nugget thing so i did some research online:

at wendy's,

5 pc chicken nugget: 220 calories, 120 calories from fat, and 14 g of fat total

classic single with everything: 410 calories, 170 calories from fat, 19 g of fat total.

Mcdonalds:

4 p chicken nuggets (you can divide by 4 to get single value):

210 calories, 120 calories from fat, and 13 g of fat total.

Quarter pounder w/cheese : 530 calories, 270 calories from fat, and 30 g of fat total

Chicken nuggets are better in both cases in terms of cholestoral and sodium and the rest as well. So in conclusion, a single chicken nugget is not worse than a quarter pounder.
