1) what is paralanguage? how does it differ between men and women?

"paralanguage is a something I've never heard of before this exam *BIG ASS SMILEY FACE*"

2) what is the traits theory of leadership? how does Ellie Rubin use this?

"the traits theory of leader ship is what Ellie Rubin uses"
