if it looks that similar to a doll and a person, then i would think it is either a person trying to look like a doll, or a doll trying to look realistic. With this in mind, the picture being called "doll" could just be a descriptor about what the objective of the picture is trying to accomplish. I am not sure, it does look like it could go both ways, and i am sure it has been touched up on a computer to make it look even more realistic (if it was a doll) or more perfect/fake (if it is a person). Her breasts may be smooth but you all know that could have been done with a computer. The only thing that makes me think it is a real person is her left arm. There is a depression of her arm where the other one is resting on it, above the elbow a bit. I am not sure either way what it really is.
