i dont really think its a big deal really. if you wanna make the 1st move go a head. if she wants to.. by all means. why wait? in the end you'll prolly feel better about yourself if you make the first move. i always do. as long as they dont play games. i hate stupid petty games that girls sometimes play. but thats besides the point. d=D
for me personally.. its pretty obvious when i like a girl... she'll know it without me having to really tell her. i prolly wouldnt even fall for a girl if she's the type that i have to tell her all my feelings anyway.

it's all good.
my gurl actually made the 1st move on me.
we were at a party thing n we were outside, jus cuddlin.
n pretty soon we were alone n she was like..
"do you have ne gum"
n i was like.. naw, but i got mint
n she was like.. aite
so i gave her some n next thing i kno, she was on top of me kissin me..
haha so it's all good

i think one of the problems with girls making the first move(physical) is that some of us might perceive that as the girl being either desperate, 2 easy, or a slut. some of us are just too skeptical.

that too... buh I also think it's because girls don't know if they should make the first move(phsyical)... I mean, mebbe she thinks she'll scare the guy away when trying to kiss him... she doesn't know if he's interested so she doesn't want to make the first move...
