Michel Foucault was a french philosopher who wrote about power, and the flow of power, and power struggles (more than just that). Considered by many to be one of the greatest philosophers of the 20th century ( I don't really care for his work, but I can't say I understand it anyway...)

dude we have hundreds of answers to Foucault, heh, some peepz at the MSU debate team hooked us up with answers, so they're really good, but we've never used em before.
