New Work Out Regimen

Anyone starting a new work out prog and do you take any supplemts?

I run 2 miles every morning at 5:30 am
I do 30 bicep,tricep curls each.
I do 30 squats
I do 7 in 3 set shoulder presses
I do 550 jump rope
I do 1000 kicks on each leg with 10 lb ankle weights
Then I punch the bag for 20 min
I have an ab wheel. I do it 30 times
I also do 200 ab crunches morning and night
I do ALOT of stretching

I eat lots of chicken, vegetables, fruits and drink tons of water

I drink protein shake twice a day, wich is about 210% daily value.
I take HGH, calcium, shark cartalige, multivitamin, glucosimne(?)
I drink creatine every other day before I work out.

Well thats about all i do.

that DOES sound really unhealthy. wut are yu gonna do once yu get big? i don't believe yur doing this so yu can go around to bully people. so wut's the point? i work out just to be in shape. not too much.

is it okay to be doing this every day, or should you wait, say, 48 hours between intense workouts?

yeah you should rest at least 24 hours between workouts, cuz thats when your body recuperates.. however, most bodyparts need a week to recover unless you're on steroids or something.. so just split your week up into 3 or 4 workouts that hit diff. bodyparts every workout
