Asian cultures used to consume alot of veggies and little meat and theylived longer and healthier then people who wer ein Us and stuff but over the years asian countries started eat more and more meat and asians lives get shorter and scientists see a jump in diseases caused by meat from cow and stuff, but not as bad as people from other countries.

yea thaz true...like japanese pplz mostly ate fish and seafood, chinese pplz ate lotza veggies, and same wit krns and stuff....but now these dayz pplz are eating wester azn food like eggrolls and othr DEEP FRIED stuff

but i didn't noe azns were getting more diseases from beef. thaz sad :sad:
