- from the server, is there any way to limit the bandwidth or download rate of a networked computer?

i think windows xp has a setting for it..
im not quite sure cuz im not on my windows xp computer, but i read it somewhere before. try tweakxp.com

I don't think this program will limit a particular computer's bandwidth, but anyway, http://www.bandwidthcontroller.com
