I really like this anime. It's about a bounty hunter named Elk who was taken from his home when he was little and taken to a place called White House. In White House he was to be used as an exsperiment (spelling.... ) and turned into a Chimera (manmade monster). He pland an escape with his two friends. One of his freinds staied behind (Jean) so the others could get away, and the other (Meril, his closest friend...) did the same so he could make it out. Well years have pased and Elk is all grown up. He now works in a hunters guild with the man who saved him (Shu). Well Elk was sent on a mission to save passangers on a plain. He enters the plain and frees the passangers and runs into a girl named Lieza and her dog Pondet. The two of them were locked in a bcak room, the door locked with chains. Elk frees Lieza and Pndet and tells them to flee. Elk heads for the bridge to help the other hunter that came with him, once he makes it to the bridge he finds out that the man who came with him was killed, and his death was caused by a Chimera. Elk chases down the Chimeara in an attempt for revenge. He then finds out that Leiza and her dog are still on the plain and the Chimera wants to drink her blood (like always the female character stays in the same spot shaking and whining) Elk then uses his Power of Flame to get the Chimera away from Leiza. (The Power of Flame is why White House took him from his home). Leiza and Pondet finally make it to an escape pod and escapes. Elk is still in the middle of battle with the Chimera when if his day couldn't get any worse the Silver Noah crashes the party by attacking the. The ship catches fire and Elk almost falls to his death. One of his buddys saves his but on a plaine and while Elk lookes up he see's Leiza and Pondet floating away thinking...whys he was locked up on the ship and not with the other passangers.
