My chapter two was too long so i split it up into two parts~

Haeji

{I hate when he does things like that. It makes me all nervous and everything. I can't afford for myself to feel anything. I have to get through school.}

"Nae?" (Haeji)
"On the first day of class you're late. Are you sure that's the impression you want to give me? I thought that you would be the earliest because you are the top kid in the school." (teacher)
"I'm so sorry, but something happened." (Haeji)
"I will let you go this time but I hope that later you will not be so late!" (teacher)
"Nae." (Haeji)

{I hate the Lee Minwoo. Who does he think he is? I'm late because of him!"}

I sat next to Andy Son. He was Minwoo's cousin but he was so different. He was nice and I always had things to say with him. The teachers called him Hoyoung because that was his korean name. Actually everyone called him Hoyoung or Hoi besides me because I met him in the US and he told me to call him Andy. He was my best friend besides Sojin.

"Haeji?"(Andy)
"Yeah?" (Haeji)
"What happened? Why were you so late?" (Andy)
"Your cousin wouldn't let me go to class." (Haeji)
"That's because he likes you!" (Andy)
"Augh, I hate him! No offense." (Haeji)

{Minwoo was having another party. Andy and Minwoo lived together because Andy was staying only for school. His parents lived in America and that's how we got close. I stayed near his house in the summer and we spent every day together.}

"Please? It's just that no one hangs out with me because I'm younger!" (Andy)
"FINE I'm making sure that Sojin comes!" (Haejin)
"Good! The more the merrier!" (Andy)

After class

"Andy, I have to go know, but I'll see you tomorrow." (Haeji)
"I know, tomorrow Saturday." (Andy)
"What? That fast?" (Haeji)
"You didn't know? Why do you have to pretty yourself up for someone?" (Andy)

"No, that's just what people think! My parents died two years ago. We lost all of our money but everyone thinks that I died too. It was in a fire and I have no relatives so no one bothered to look for me. I guess living by myself is better than an orphanage or a foster home. So, I have to work so I can pay for college later. And I'm hoping for a scholership." (Haeji)
"Where do you live?" (Andy)
"........" (Haeji)
"Just tell me!!!" (Andy)
"I can't. I have to go home and change for work right now. Bye Andy..." (Haeji)
"Bye, I hope I see you tomorrow!" (Andy)

Minwoo

[Finally Andy and Haeji finished talking and Haeji left. Maybe she would come to my party.]

"So?" (Minwoo)
"She's going to try to come, but I think you should give up. Haeji's not the kind of girl who would go out with guys. Her life is too hard." (Andy)
"What do you mean?" (Minwoo)
"Hyung, I think you should follow her home and see where she lives..." (Andy)

So I followed her. She walks pretty fast even if she's really skinny. Before she looked beautiful, but the more that I looked at her she looked like she needed to eat. So I followed her. She gazed at a huge house which was hers, or so I thought. She kept on walking on and on. The houses started looking worse and worse. She finally stopped at an apartment building. It looked as if it would break any second.

[What are you doing Lee Minwoo? This girl lives in this place and you're trying to trick her? What's your problem?]

"Lee Minwoo?" (Haeji)
