it can be argued either way. on one side, he's protected by the first amendment, but on the other, what he's doing is harmful to others. there are times when some individual rights can be limited if they're harmful to others (i.e. speed limits) but, there has to be solid proof that there is a direct relationship between what he's advocating and what happens because of it. personalli, tho, i think people like that shud be locked up
