i dont have breakfast but want to change the habit. ..the thing is, i dont know what i should eat.

i love eating the eggs and bacon and toast kinda meal but usually i just have some cinnamon toast crunch with lactose-free soymilk.....i hate milk i'm allergic to it

some of u got great stomachs for morning
i can't eat anything heavy, has to be cereal or a glass of OJ
if i'm late getting up(after noon that is on weekends) then i can manage to stomach a stack of pancakes.
but as they say
breakfast is the most important meal of the day
so why doesn't anyone ever eat it?

it takes me tOo long to get ready in da mornings..sOo i stopped eating~ and i cant wake up any earlier than i dO already..tOo tired :satisfy:

sumtimes when i eat breakfast~ i get hungrier [sp] than when i dOnt eat..very weird..but yea..i dOnt like eatin breakfast~ it slOws me dOwn

i just eat rice... and soup usually.... with teuk byul ban chan yo rih from the night before..... my mom makes yummy banchan every onec in a awhile...and if we have some left over i eat it all in the morning

but on weekends i eat like.... the toast and scrambled eggs

sometimes i'm too lazy so i just eat cereal.... but i'm starting to not eat breakfast a lot anymore.....
