a lot of my friends like the 9800. i guess it all depends on who builds the graphics card. some of the fx 5900 are so loud, but some are quiet. 9800 has a cool color tho

max fps is 85... i get 85 in everything, the lowest i got in the most beefed up game i have "ut2003" is 46 or something
