If you're hitting it in the same spot all the time it's because you've closed the "gates" in those nerves so your body doesn't feel their pain anymore.

yea i used 2 break things wit my head like desks, books, walls, etc. but eventually i got dumberer so i decided to stop

Jusun, dont you think bashing your head on the wall is a lil disturbing and that you wont solve any of your problems by doing that. If its not bcuz of problems and your just doing it for the fun, wat is going through your mind that makes you want 2 do this in the first place!! Jusun!! you cant let this be a daily habbit ok? promise ahny.. if you start doing it call me i will come over and rip all the walls down from your house ok? word

i dunno about u guys but a routine thing drives me insane. i cant just keep doin the same thing over and over and over for a long period of time before i go insane. i mean some people dont mind but me it just gets so damn boring and annoyin. maybe im just insane rite now o well
