Where do you put your hands on the girl? Waist?
And like when you slow-dance which foot should come and then.
Just some general tips please.
And give me like the step-and-step process. Thank you

eh yeah just put ur hands around her waist or just go all the way to her back, doesn't matter which foot, usually i wait for the girl 2 move to the either side, nuttin really just step back and forth in a rocking motion

around the waist area, or or one hand in hand and one waist is fine.

put your left hand on your stomach while put your right hand on top of your head. Tap your right hand and make a circular motion with your left. practice different speeds. After you've practiced that manual dexterity (sp?) excersize, go watch aerobics exercise videos. More than likely they'll use music thus creating rhythm while excercising.

So now you've got rhythm and manual dexterity. Now it's eye contact. don't forget that. that's important because you don't want to look amateur by looking everywhere but your date. Practice focusing on one object and with the corner of your eye look at everything else.

Where your hands and feet isn't such a big deal these days. As long as you can move in a rhythm then you'll enjoy yourself. Besides, even if your not dancing in rhythm.. who cares.. enjoy yourself anyway.. it's just a stupid dance... girls aren't gonna dump you cuz you can't dance.. and if they are.. then they are superficial, shallow biatches that you shouldn't need anyway. holla-Ace Ryder
