to me that is a very easy answer.....ONEPIECE by far the greatest title in anime history....besides all that: rahxephon, naruto,noir,gundam seed,and alot more sorry but yes onepiece is the shit!

The one about the picture of a person. And the person is real. (not in real life of course) And he's like "I'm a real person" and it freaks people out.

Then Columbus(not the genocidal explorer, it's a character in the move) comes in and tries to take over the world (even though he has no military force).

The people go back in time to before time travel was invented and save the world again. (Even though Columbus was a bad guy) Columbus makes an agreement to help the good guy (I forgot his name) and they have some sort of adventure.

There's also this puffy little animal. I'm not exactly sure what the hell it is. Kinda like a rabbit or something.

Frankie (who has no real introduction, he's just there) decides to go back to the future with them and stuff. Columbus turns evil and the protagonist defeats him.

Then Mary and Alfred talk and stuff. I didn't really pay attention, I think I must have missed some of what went on in between the Columbus and Mary/Alfred part due to falling asleep.

So then yea, there was a scientist dude too, a ninja, and some guy who looked like Hummel from The Rock.
