i think some of the stuff theyre tellin us is just propaganda. dont get me wrong, im for the war, but theyve been really reluctant to shown and talk about some of the american casualties in detail as well as the concrete plan for the entrance to bahgdad. for example many havent heard about the three americans who were captured raped tortured and then executed on iraqi television. i mean theyve said the war is going to take longer than expected, but no one really had a set idea of how long the war was going to last anyway.

that's probably because most of the footage and the news you see on tv is from the gov't. they hired camera men and news people. not from the networks themselves. at least that's what i heard. propaganda indeed.
