What's the name of that show on Comedy Central? or maybe it was on HBO? I'm not sure of the actor so I'll post some excerps.

Main actor: "Yeah we interviewing this dude right here and we gonna learn about the law, yeah so uh when is it legal to kill someone"

Politician: "It's never legal to kill someone, unless it's in self defense."

Main guy: "But what if, what if someone calls your mother a ho? Is it legal then, surely it's legal to pop a cap then right?"

Politician: "No, it is not legal to kill someone if they call your mother a ho, I agree that it is a very bad thing to say but it still does not make it legal to kill someone."

Main guy: "Oh ok so what if they say 'your mother's a ho, and I know because I done it with her' surely, surely, it's legal then right?"

Politician: "No it's not, I agree with you it's a very bad thing but it's still illegal to kill someone."


From another episode:

Main guy: "Ok so what are the effects of using marijuana?"

Police officer: "Well it slows your mind down. Your reaction time is slower, and pretty much everything else about your body is slowed down."

Main guy: "Ok so what are the negative effects of using marijuana?"

Police officer: "Well those would be considered the negative effects of taking marijuanna"

Main guy: "Ok so you heard it here, this drug is bad for you. Ok so far all these drugs we've been talking about is legal"

Police officer: (cutting him off) No all of these drugs are illegal

Main guy: Right, all these drugs is illegal, but they is called gateway drugs

Police officer: thats right, and some people may be led to taking this right here. This drug is called ecstasy.

Main guy: Ok now how many of these pills would you say is safe to take?

Police officer: Well I would say that puting even one of these pills into your body would be very dangerous.

Main guy: Oh ok now is it legal to give these to you dog.

Police officer: No it's not, it is illegal to even posses these pills and if you were to give it to your dog then you probably would belong in a mental institution.

Main guy: Ok so what do you do with these drugs that you confiscate?

Police officer: We mainly incinerate them

Main guy: Why do you not give these drugs to charities?

Police officer: Well I don't think there is any charity that would benefit from recieving these drugs.

I haven't seen any of those episodes, but the style/approach to comedy and wording reminds me a lot of a british comedian named Ali-G, they show his show on HBO now and not comedy central. But, that probably did not help. Even still i recommend watching him, it's funny stuff.
