If it ever came down to it Batman would invent a gun powered by kryptonite that would make Superman into vegetable jelly. Lead suit or not, Superman is toast, and the jelly you spread on said toast.

ive always liked Batman over Superman becuz Batman doesn't need SUPER powers to fight crime. He is all about skill and intelligence. LOL...wen i think of Superman...he is all braun even tho he works for the Daily Planet. So i guess i would go for batman just becuz he is HUMAN. *thinks deeply*.......<pause>
altho i kno superman can kick batman's ass anytime LOL

alrite batman is sooo much cooler than that fag superman but ill lay down the score 4 u.

superman - born on krypton, heat vision, freeze breath (in video game atleast), flying, ultra strength, xray vision, weakened by kryptonite.

batman - rich guy who works out a lot.

come on be realistic. u may think batman has a chance but the fight would be like 2 seconds. superman with his speeding bullet speed would like fly right through batman. but wait! batman works out a lot.... ha

I agree with batman having all the cool stuff but in reality hes just a normal man who is obsessed with electronics. Superman is unhuman and can just run to batmans head and chop it off with his eyes! thats just it. Superman wins. :D

batman would win, and requiem raises some good points. Despite his lack of super powers, Batman is the pinnacle of human prowess, and is much more cunning than superman is. He knows all his weaknesses, and could easily find a way to take him out.

SUPERMAN 4 sure.... batman's cartoon's were better and supermans comix were better than batman.... lol

Do you really want to concoct the thousands of ways Superman can die by the hands of Batman? For all we know Batman could build a spaceship, put a satelittle on it that will shoot kryptonite beams from the sky into Superman's heart and kill him instantly and unavoidably. Batman could block off the yellow sun from which Superman feeds. Batman can make the sky as red as the blood which flows through his veins. Batman could manufacture some red kryptonite, which does amazing things to Superman, and then kill him.

You get the idea. The thing is, Batman's power cannot be removed, ever. Unless Superman works for the IRS, Batman's powers are untouchable. Superman's, on the other hand, can be taken away. Not easily, but for Batman such feats would be a snap.

Edit: Superman a genius? Maybe, relatively speaking to the idiots he apprehends. But Batman, relative to Superman and basically the entire human race, is a genius. There's a reason Ra's al Goul calls him "detective" He is the ultimate detective, the ultimate mind and the ultimate force to be reckoned with.
