I prefer 2000 cause XP just takes too much resources! It's nice graphical interface is the problem. 2000 is very stable too and that's what XP is basically under.

I'm not saying that XP is bad though... it has some nice features.

TOTALLY AGREE WITH YA... i have xp now, it's kewl and everything but i'm not use to it and its too kiddish for my taste..

i'm have 2000 on my masta drive and xp on my slave .. so if xp screws up, 2000 is alwasy there. reliable as ever! :rolleyes

i have xp pro
but i think 2000 is much more stable and doesn't require as much memory or resources to run reliably

umm xp has a compatibility opinion if you right click on any agme and see the tab compatibility and check on the box for compatibility mode and it will let you select what OS that game is good to run on

After running XP for a few months, i really missed 2000, since i missed it so much i decided to dual boot with 2 OS's!

BTW, XP is good when you dont have Ethernet Drivers and DSL or Cable won't work without them, Xp finds the drivers for you and installs them, thats the cool part. XP also has a nice clean interface, but it was too boring so i got some skins from Windows Blinds, ill try to post my desktop up later.

of all the os's i've had, winxp is the best... it doesn't crash, unless an application crashes it. win2k would be my second choice... but winxp has everything i like. i play my games with no problems, all my equipment work... i have absolutely no problems at all.

my 7th grade english teacher sed dat 2000 wasnt dat gOod [when her husband werked fOr sum computer company]..
