So maybe 16's.... maybe, but the bigger the tire, the less rotation they will do.

And I swear if I see any kids "drifting" in the mountain side, or just doing plain stupid shit with other people around, I'm gonna ram the idiots off of the road. If your car is FF you're not drifting, you're ass draggin. And if you still insist to "drift" in the mountain area, at least practice in an empty parking lot first. Or better yet, just take it to the track.



okay fine.. who here can do an engine conversion? who wants a shitty jdm conversion 240??.. besides.. i'd pay that extra money to get the nice painted front end.. which u forgot so ...bbam twenty grand!!!!

and flo.. u said FULL jdm conversion.. not just front end jdm conversion or sr20 engine conversion.. FULL conversion.. when u say that we automatically assume u want the jap engine and jap front end.. not just some show car.. aight??? i still think 20 grand is impossible.. but prove me wrong dudes.. i would like to see it.. d=) haha.. what am i saying.. i need twenty bucks for food..

gee what a great mod you are.... you intentionally tried to insult me with your "coolness", so i replied back with my "coolness".
i have no idea where i mentioned i'm some kinda experienced super mechanic here, all i said was i wanted to get a 240sx. And start a project with that car. Now, how all this beef against me started just cuz I stated i wanted to use the left over amount to do some mods to start a JDM conversion is beyond me.

I can do a front end conversion. Hell if you have ANY patience at all, you can do one. And for the nice painted front end? Order the front end in the color you want. So "bbam", thats not twenty grand. I'm sorry, but a shitty JDM conversion 240? Bullshit, it's called correct shopping and patience. My "shitty" sil80 conversion with just its Front Mount and basic bolt on's will still outrun a basic modified turbo'd civ or slowteg, in both the pathetic straightline race, and because of the superior stock suspension of the 240 also through a corner, or basic autocross event.
And personally I think full JDM conversions are alright, but if you break it down to seats and door panels, that's just being anal. And also a full conversion deals more than with the just the front end and Engine swap.

Sorry man, MY DD is a 3KGT. I don't OWN a sileighty, but I've just recently help my friend finish his. And technically, since I got him the hook ups, and all the side ways action I ever get is in his car, its "partly" mine. Haven't painted or fixed the suspension yet. The idiot broke a tension rod going over a curb the last time. And until I get my monetary bonus from the military, project blue sil80 is on hold till.... whenever. But once I do begin my own project, I'll be taking pics EVERY step of the way.

yeah.. people who say that domestics are shitty, and break down easily...


have never seen a real muscle car race a quarter.

especially against asian imports :P as fast as you think a civic, wrx, celica etc.. is...

you would be suprised how fast a 10 second quarter is... and how many domestics can run under 11.

for a 9.1 second quarter @ 140mph you would need more torque than an airplane.. and a crazy close gear ratio :P
