has anybody seen Char's Counter Attack?

can anybody tell me where I can download it? I can't find it. and yes I've looked on kazaa and no I dont' want to look on irc. know any ftp's or anythign or wanna send it to me? thanks

and how is it? good? I heard Char in the Sazabi is awesome.
