yea requiem for a dream was really good..a lot of people dont like the fact that pi was shot in complete black and white and thought that was boring i guess

u shoulda watched pi first, then you'll see where darren aronofsky style sort of progresses. he uses the same sort of montage on both pi and requiem which is kind of neat and the cinematography on requiem was way better. it's funny to watch pi and then requiem cuz some of the actors from pi are in requiem.. it's might be hard to spot them. i liked the premise for pi. it's original but a little far-fetched. if you watch the dvd for darren aronofsky movies and listen to his commentaries, you'll realize this guy is wayyyy wayyy smart and knows what he's doing. i heard his nex movie is lonewolf and cub..., kool
