i prefer PS2 cuz more games i think most are better games then the other companies come out but ps 2 did come out before the other ones but i still like PS2

PS2!! but XBox has pretty good games too! But so far all my favourites are on ps2! metal gear 2, GTA3, dynasty warriors!!

on Xbox there's silent hill 2, that game is scary!! the sound effects and everything just freaked me out...

gamecube is kinda more kiddie games, with mario and zelda. but my cousin insists that they are really fun..haha i duno

ps2 is the best. hands down.. xbox has cool games made by sega, I wish they weren't exclusive though... but I like the final fantasies and other square games, CvS2, gundam games, Devil may cry, mgs2, there are many more...

onlie real games i liked on xbox were Halo and Dead Or Alive3.. buh i rather get red faction2 and Tekken4 on tha PS2!! onlie real advantage of tha xbox is tha graphicz and good loading tym..

my rule: Wherever Square, and Konami go...that's where i go. They are the two single best game developers i think. Capcom falls in a close third, but they usually all develop for the same system, it's been that way prettymuch insofar. Square is tight though, they make the only games i play pretty much.

hmm yea, GCube always seems to come off as really kiddie.. but I dunno..
Resident Evil & Eternal Darkness are it's two best games, both labeled mature, but I think the game doesn't have to have gore or hot characters to be distinguished from kiddie or for it to be good. Like Animal Crossing, everyone's first impression is wtf this is for little kids. but lil bro is seven but kids around his age don't understand the concept of the game, Pikmin too ^^; (both are pretty good games, interesting gameplay) Anyways the classics are making a return, Zelda, Metroid, Robotech.. plus Resident Evil 0 and a brand new Final Fantasy.

They're already working on a Final Fantasy for the GCube, but I'm not sure when that's coming out :sleepy:

No, square didn't "switch" consoles... they're just developing for the gamecube also now... they were a nintendo exclusive company until nintendo screwed up with the n64...

Anyways... I'd love to have a ps2 and a gc... ps2 to play those kick ass fighting games and a gc to play all those exclusive nintendo games.... you can't have a combination that's better than that...( well that's what i think)
