dang how the hell do u ppl lift all that weight?? i can only bench 35 MAX! well i could do 45 but only 5 reps haha..and im not that small either so iono..maybe i jus have very little upper body strength..

i think im doing pretty good for my body weight
i bench 100 lb, 10 reps of 4 sets. im 14 and weigh 116.. what do yall think? but i never tried out my max b4.

haha, once my friend who was spotting me was talkin to dis other friend, and i dropped the bar on my stomach.. omg. .dat fag took like 10 seconds to react what the hell was happening. i had a huge red line on m stomahc for 1 week

i do sets of 12 w/180 and max out at about 225(i can do about 6)...i dont wana hurt myself so im trying to do at least 10 of 225 in a set before i raise the weight...i weight about 170
