ugh... our school sucks... we only get homecoming and prom... so usually for 3 years u only get 1 dance unless u get a senior date o.O;;

ugh i hate how they act poor but we are rich as hell

our school dances suck anyway and they're not worth going. really, for $8, i'd rather watch a movie than stay cooped up in a small, poorly decorated cubbyhole for a gym -_-

and winter ball is probably the most uneventful dance of the year, other than the first one (aloha or something like that). winter ball is usually $20-40. how could it be fun if you can't even dance in your dress and heels? that's what i wanna know. but i guess if you like romantic evenings then it's for you. personally, i'd rather kick it at someone's house and play mahjjong or something hehe.

yeah for our school this year it's $35. yeeks. i don't think many people are going anyway cuz it's freezing cold and boooooring without a decent DJ
