the owners are messed up

I work at a vet Clinic and I get to shave cats like that all the time. Thats called a Lion cut. The reason we cut it like that is because persians and maine coons or any other long hair cats, gets big knotts also known as matts in their fur, and the only way to get it out is shave them.
