I just brought a pair of them for walking around the YMCA track. Do they help much? I never tried them, so thats why im asking here..I heard the after using them , it makes your feet float. But the damn things won't stay on...looks like its going to unstrap around my ankles..

walking? you gotta play ball w/ sandbags or something, or at least jog. walking isn't gonna do shit. if you really wanna improve calf strength tho, get strength shoes. those things work wonders.
