oh man its a bitch on the leg muscles and the arm muscles. Plus they purposely close all windows and dont turn on any air circulation so your sweating like a bitch. You dont get any breaks until your 2 hours of practice are over. Its like a large Sauna..but it helps with concentration because the only thing they make u think about is your opponent.

its like fencing, except with 2 handed bamboo swords (and u dont wear that gay velvet suit). Errr, it was used to practice out sword fighting skillz without chopping the other guy's head off.
