for an easy meal: some rice wrapped up in dried seaweed with some cooked meat(gohgi or some bulgohgi) and kimchi in it.
Ramyun is easy too. Just break an egg in the pot, add some leftover meat. Adding some dried seaweed (kim) in with the ramyun for a treat, and don't forget the kimchi!

my mom said same thing
now when i cook, w/e spices and stuff I have just toss it in
mix it up, cook on stove for awhile
serve with rice
at least the steamed rice always comes out right
