hell yea!! just last night i went to this place where ppl break, WOW there was this guy who was SOOooo cute!! He looked like he was from HK or something, but damn! He's the cutest guy i seen this year!!

It's eaiser for a gilr to do a nike then a guy. Girls are more flexible and can bend in many ways i mean. . .
anywaise, guys tend to fall over more which kinda prolongs in the learning process as for girls it's more of a balance/upperstrength thing. other than that they'll bust nikes hella easy.

i dunno bout you guys~ but l-kick and nikes are the same thing, unless your just bending one leg just to make it into a nike sign~ other then that there's no difference. . . as for headstands use something to cushion it, ie. helemt, hat, towel, shirt. then build up your head strenghth

even pros use knee pads under hats and helments for extra cushion, and they put wood furnish stuff on top, the stuff to make wood nice, clean and shiny, that stuff to spin easier
just saying, i dunno if your doin it for headspinnin reasons

for girls .. do you have to have alot of muscle before you can try to do anything of that breaking bboy sort?

the one thing i tried to learn was a back flip .. but crap .. i almost break my neck man!

a little muscle helps, cuz alot of breakin moves require mostly upper body strength
