then i used a proxy server to log back in (so that my guest session would still be alive) and viewed 'whos online'. and sure enough, thats me trying to reply to this thread.

no.
what i meant is when guests click on post/quote/edit, they will get the 'you dont have permission' error but in the who's online, it logs as what they were attempting to do (in this case quote).

Oh, the whole time i thought that the people posting this just edited what the guest was doing by using paint, and playing a joke on us (so i was laughing instead of being scared, now i realized i should have been scared and becoming relieved right about now).
