In MGS2 you can knock out enemies with second hand smoke from the cigs.

I was accidentally burned by a cigarrette but haven't smoked one. I haven't done weed despite the drug deals going on right under teacher's noses and I've only drank a little bit of alcohol (Although for Italian class the food projects contained more alcohol than I’ve consumed outside of the class.
