some do but most don't... i still have alot of those programs starting up when i start my computer and it eats up all my ram... the task bar tray (bottom right of your screen if your task bars on the bottom) still has alot of the icons... and i would like to get rid of most of them except the essentials... i don't think i can just modify my start up menu and take those of my task bar tray... any more ideas?
