how do i convert a mp3 file to wma?

i knoe that u need to use a program to convert it... but all i can find is those that convert mp3 to wav formats... does anyone knoe where i can find a mp3-wma converter?

yea... i guess so... i juss wanted to upload .wma files to my site so it loads quicker.
