nah, AG just copyrights certain songs so you can't download them part of the Digital Millenium Copyright Act probably. It's not a problem with your version or whatever, it's a change done by AG themselves that affects all users. You'll have to find the same song under a slightly different title or something. Sometimes if you try and dl songs early enough you can get them before they are copyrighted haha, like before the cd comes out.

The thing is... I thought about that and I typed the names of artists that I already looked up and got songs from and all of them were still "X"ed out... When earlier, all their songs were downloadable... (not sure if that's a word)

Audiogalaxy, a texas based company, got shut down (permanantly) through a lawsuit on account of exploitation of copyrights


they went down without a fight...or hardly one for that matter :sad:

too bad so sad. audiogalaxy was like the best site. EVERYTHING was there and now it's gone. i think i'm going through audiogalaxy withdrawal symptoms. there's an article somewhere in soompi about the whole audiogalaxy getting caught. ahhhhh!!!! I miss that site.

just like any other downloading programs, they are p2p....winmx is in the same category as kazaa, audiogalaxy, napster, and mirc.....which means.....everyone will disconnect on you if they wanted to
