lol, did u open up the back part and see if the metal hook that attaches to the flusher is hooked on? cuz my bf was in my bathroom and it fell off the hook and he couldnt flush the toilet and i had to go in and open the back and stick my hand down it to latch it back on and then it flushed fine, iono haha maybe ur problem is completly different
