boa meets the korean president and japanese prime minister

Boa will attend a formal dinner in Tokyo with Korean President Roh Moo Hyun and Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi on the night of June 7. She was one of two gasoos who received the exclusive invitation for the post Korea-Japan conference dinner. She was chosen due to her ties to both Korea and Japan. She will be singing two of her songs "Waiting" in Korean and "Every Heart" in Japanese at the policital dinner which was one of the main reasons she skipped the SM Town trip to the Philippines. The Japanese gasoo representative at the event will be Kimura Yumi. "I'm honored to receive such an invitation and am nervous about the thought of meeting the President," said Boa. She will be leaving for Tokyo on the morning of June 7 and return to Seoul the following day to perform "Atlantis Princess" on SBS Inky Gayo. Her 3rd album topped the weekly sales chart replacing Koyote's 5th album in its first week with about 90,000 sales.
