i'm going to new york for a band trip! i know i haven't been around but junior year has been such a pain in the butt. There are other places i should invest my time other than forums (sorry to say). But i'm managing and after the trip i'll have a lot of responsibilty lifted off of my shoulders (i'm on the band council. meh i'm a band geek ^_^)

so who wants to come watch our preformance?!? Carnegie hall but i'm not sure if there are still tickets -_-. we're not phenominal (sp?)or anything. more like an embarassment but woo. Here's our itinerary FYI.

We leave 4am Monday March 31st. I'm excited but i'm not. I think my suitcase is too small. and the... yea you know what i'm talking about.... But i paid damn good money and i'm going to have a damn good time.

ny is da shit. i dunno if you'll have any free time or anything to wander around but there are plenty of nice places to eat, to visit, to hang, to drink, to shop, to gay around, to look at. for some reason l.a. is good for about half those and you have to drive everywhere for that. ny is da shit.

if you really wanna look like a tourist.. hang a camera around yer neck and point to tall buildings while carrying a map.

well there is this guy that i have a crush on.... hotel...


but anyway. "d-day" as the parents call it... is approaching yet i'm not excited. more stressed than ever... HOMEWORK. damn. a whole week is hard on the ap/honor student. and i still have to pack and go shopping... but i'm broke so i guess i'm taking my nappy clothes to new york. i bought a dress, boxers, and a wifebeater type thing. What i really needed was 3 dresses, a jacket, and shoes. lol. i don't THINK my suit case is too small.. IT IS. so many things to worry about ... (dress, date, group for junior prom... ACK. it's 5 days after we get back -_- great timing)

ohhh have fun!!! nyc is awesome!! ur lucky ur school still let u go on a out-of-state field trip! becuz of the war, alot of schools cancelled out-of-state/country trips. well have fun and take lots of pics!!
