looks damn good. Especially the part when the cloud of arrows is flying at him...whoo.
One thing i find missing from the movies that is always in the dramas is the magical powers that make the ground explode and shit. When's that gonna come in?

They also need to leave it un-subbed and un-dubbed.

ive been waiting for this movie for over a year lol

even tho they say Crouching Tiger was made for American taste,
this is even more Chinese...
and believe me , Crouching Tiger had some hidden plot element that most people in general still don't understand.


the key thing here is

OK we have JET LI...YAY..
then we have DONNIE YEN.. DOUBLE WHAMMIE..


DOnnie yen is very good..

they haven't fought each other in 10 years since Once upon a time in China (OUATICA) part II

so this fight should be EPIC>>.................^_^

but it seems like it's been beefed up with lots of special effects...

now if you ask me, special effects are good but too much is just overkill... i hope they don't go crazy with it...

i know this is an old thread, but this was a really really good movie. the fighting - WOW!! jet li and donnie yuen!! wassai!
kinda confusing tho, how they keep switching back from the present to past, but nevertheless flowing nicely. kinda unrealistic (all those arrows at the zhao place that jet li and maggie cheung were fending off) but a joy to watch. i kinda had a hard time understanding it tho cuz my chinese sucks as it is and they're using classical speech. i got the dvd from china, so there aren't english subtitles. there are chinese subtitles, but they're in simplified text, which i can't read -__-;; luckily i had my mom and uncle and aunt to translate for me, otherwise i probably would have muted it and watched the fighting ^^

i saw this movie it has a pretty good story and the way how the movie looks is just awsome hmm..the fight scenes were alright if tahts what youre looking for but yea..nice movie

the movie is a great movie i saw it in china.. and i didnt understand it untill i came back and my friend got the dvd.. it has english subs on it... ok.. the story thingy... it didnt switch back and forth.. ok its like this.. those 3 dudes right.. are in the kings most wanted list cause theres assassins.. and jet li said that he killed them.. and like when he meets the king.. he shows the sword of that one guy.. and as a award he gets to drink tea 10 paces forward to the king and have money and land and stuff.. then as he goes on... he tells a lie.. but the people watching dont noe its lie untill again after another kill.. he gets to move closer and drink tea with the king.... and the the king suddenly finds out that hes probbly lieing so he can get within 10 paces from the king so he can eaily kill him... so then the king tells the story how he believe it really hgappen... and then each story that was told the charactor wore the same color type of clothing.. anyways he then he tells the truth.. and then he dies
