Is PUMP compatible with WIN xp?

Has anyone ever actually tried it? If it helps I got my PUMP pad in Korea so its kinda old school and uses a PS/2 port. I need to kno so I can decide if I want to bring it back to college wit me with my comp runnin win xp. If it doesn't...do u guys have suggestions?

That's the whole point, my laptop doesn't have a PS/2 connection, and I don't want to take it all the way to school and find out its impossible to use with Win Xp. That's why I am asking on this board...thanks for your expert advice

yes. also with windows 2000. i think you have to replace your keyboard port or something.

yea i think it supports it. winxp practically supports everything. but you might want to take YaaMaKoh's advice (replacing a keyboard port)

if you buy pump on the internet they have a note stating they do not work with laptops. but this was about a year or two ago. maybe they might've changed it. but im guessing they haven't.

thanks for the replies, and sorry for the confusion...I'm at HOME right now and I got my pump pad with me but I currently have my laptop which doesn't have a PS/2 port meanin I can't test PUMP with Win XP. I have a computer back at college that I would hook up PUMP. I thought I remembered reading that PUMP is incompatible with Win XP PERIOD, but that was a while ago and maybe there is a patch or maybe I was just plain misinformed...thanks

haha, dont worry it works. my g/f has pump for xp that uses ps2 port, so does my other friend from tappan, he plays on both win2k and xp.
